Author Guidelines

IENT Publications welcomes original research articles, review articles, short communications, and letters to the editor. Submissions must be made by one of the contributing authors through the official OJS platform.

1. Types of Articles

  • Letters to the Editor

2. Corresponding Author

One author must be designated as the corresponding author, responsible for communication during submission, peer review, and post-publication. A full postal address, email address, and contact number (including country code) are required.

3. Manuscript Preparation

3.1 File Format

Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (2007 or later).

3.2 Title and Abstract

Titles must be concise and informative. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words and must clearly summarize the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

3.3 Keywords

Provide three to five keywords to assist with indexing and discoverability.

3.4 Results and Discussion

Results should be presented clearly. The Discussion part of the Results and Discussion section must interpret the findings and explain their significance.

3.5 Tables and Figures

Figures must be high resolution (minimum 300 DPI). Tables and figures should be cited in the text and placed near their first reference.

4. Plagiarism Policy

All submissions are screened using iThenticate. Manuscripts with unacceptable similarity levels will be rejected.

5. Ethics and Conflicts of Interest

Authors must declare ethical approval for studies involving human participants or animals and disclose any conflicts of interest.

6. Proofs

Proofs will be sent to the corresponding author and must be returned within one week. Only typographical corrections are permitted.

7. References

References should be formatted consistently and arranged alphabetically. Journal titles must follow standard abbreviations.
