Aim & Scope

Journal of Environmental Nanotechnology (ISSN 2279-0748) is an international and interdisciplinary scholarly open access, peer-reviewed journal. All research articles in this journal are subjected to rigorous blind peer review, which begins with initial editor screening and is followed by at least two anonymous referees. It publishes review articles, regular research articles, communications, and short notes that are relevant to any field of study that involves Environmental Nanotechnologies, with respect to their science and technology related application. Thus, theoretical and experimental articles and scientific policy briefs will be accepted.

The journal receive papers in the field of nanomaterials and Environmental related applications covering:

  • Energy conversion and storage devices/systems
  • Electronics, photonics, and magnetics and Sensors
  • Medicinal, biological, and drug development and Defence applications
  • Solar energy materials, Water technology, Food technology and Fabrication of nanomaterials
  • Groundwater, drinking water and wastewater treatment
  • Assessment of novel nanotechnologies including sustainability and life cycle implications
  • Novel analytical methods applied to environmental and health samples
  • Case studies covering environmental monitoring and public health
  • Water and soil prevention and legislation
  • Industrial and hazardous waste legislation, characterisation, management practices, minimization, treatment and disposal
